Learning to Play the Piano

I like watching friends play the piano.  It puts me in a good mood.  I wish I could play it very well.
I know I am a middle aged woman and it is a little late for me to learn it. But I do want to try it. I bought a piano this year. My good friend who is a music teacher before teaches me and my niece, so we go to her house for lessons every Friday afternoon at 3 PM for one hour. She is very nice and has a good heart.  Sometimes she is a little strict, and my niece learns more quickly than I.
Next week, we will have carol singing on Friday in school.  I want to practice playing the song at home.  It can make me very happy when  I play and sing it. I hope I can enjoy it for the rest of my life.

make some sentences

The weather is good today, It is sunshine in morning that make us good feeling.It is a little difficult for us to learn 26 new words in the class and we must make some sentence to practice them. Now, I make some......

1. It is a keystone for Canada that protecting our environment. There are great fossil fuels in our country.We should pay attention  to the oil pipeline's pollution.
3.  Spending too much money on Army is not good to Canada,  paying down the debt,refusing the recession ,decreasing our deficit .....all of these are good to our citizens.
4. It is a good Incentives for all the races have a level playing field in Canada. we from all over the world ,Caucasian,non-Caucasian ,visible minorities,  we all have same civic right.
5. Sometimes free market is good for company but not good for our country.

Christmas tree and song

My son did not go to school on last Friday. so, We went to a Chinese store to buy some beautiful decoration for the Christmas holiday,  we bought some lamps ,birds, silver deer, small house on the tree, sheep .....
Then, we went to Canadian Tire to buy a big Christmas tree which is 7 feet high and has many lights on it.   We put the tree close to the window,and decorated the tree nicely. It looks very nice in the evening and made my home a little warm. I bought a house this year in Canada and I am uninterested in some west Christmas culture.  some of my neighbours put some lights on the house and tree in the yard.  hang some Christmas's garland on the door. It is new to a Chinese family . I can learn some and enjoy some from it .
I took a photo for my Christmas tree in last evening and sent to ten friends , and watched a Christmas movie with my son in the home.It is very nice night to me.  Happy and relax.

We learned a Christmas song today in the class which named We Three Kings.  It is sing about three kings follow the star from east to west, they wanted to give gifts to Jesus and celebrated the wonderful thing. We will sing the song in the Link school Christmas show.  I think it is a beautiful song and I want to practice singing and play it on the piano.

my skill on the piano is not perfect but I love it ,  I enjoy learning playing it.  Maybe next year, I can play some for my party.

Today, I write a lot with happy mood, Thanks for God, I can have nice home in Toronto and good life here,  We like here and have a long nice life here.



Queens Park in Toronto

Our class will go to the Queens Park on this Wednesday. It is a good way to know some interesting and important things in Toronto. i look for some information about it in the Internet. the building looks very nice.

 I know it was apart of the University of Toronto, but now, It is Ontario Legislative Building now, It is a part of Ontario Government.
